Windsor Park is a small, suburban neighborhood located in Leland, North Carolina. It is located in Brunswick County, just north of Wilmington. The area is a mix of residential and commercial development, with a few small businesses and plenty of parks and green spaces. The main streets that run through the neighborhood are Old Mill Road and Old Fayetteville Road. It is a quiet, friendly area with a low crime rate and a strong sense of community. It is home to many families, with a median household income of $56,000. The area is also close to the beaches of Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach, giving residents easy access to outdoor recreation.

In 1845, the land that is now Windsor Park was purchased by a local family named the Teacheys. The Teacheys built a mansion on the property and operated a farm there until the early 20th century. The land eventually passed to the Adams family and was later purchased by the Town of Leland in 1942.
The Town of Leland created Windsor Park in 1950. The park was developed as a recreational facility for the citizens of Leland and the surrounding areas. The park includes a baseball field, basketball court, playground, picnic area, and a pond. In 1983, the Town of Leland dedicated the park to the memory of Mr. and Mrs. Teachey, who first owned the land.
Today, Windsor Park is a popular spot for local residents to enjoy outdoor activities. The park offers a variety of amenities, including tennis courts, a walking track, and a skate park. Additionally, the park hosts events throughout the year, such as the Annual Leland Yacht Club Regatta and the Annual Leland Fishing Tournament.
